A highly collaborative approach allowed for the design and delivery of a bespoke Leadership Performance Programme.  Following on from this, the client organisation has radically reinvented itself, undertaking a global reorganisation which has focused on creating a core team of strategic leaders and driving increased profit within the business.  The results speak for themselves:  an increased share price and a more focused global strategy.


Through a robust TNA, ethos facilitated a sound understanding of where focused development input could make a real and tangible difference to the performance of a fast-paced call centre.  Detailed recommendations enabled our client to enhance the capability of existing internal resource, allowing them to put the customer at the heart of their business and deliver higher value to their customer base.


Following the successful delivery of a leadership development programme, the client asked us for our recommendations on how to address the training requirements of 500 frontline and middle managers. We undertook a collaborative design process with the client to build a highly targeted blended learning solution which will, over the next two years, develop and stretch the capabilities of all three management tiers.
