DESCRIPTION:

In this interactive session, we’ll ask you to consider a “live” change your going through right now and consider different ways you might manage or lead that specific change so you leave with practical actions that help. We’ll also explore a pragmatic model of change that can help you lead your teams through uncertain times.

We’ll explore the importance of clear leadership in times of change, and how we can balance the focus of our attention between delivering the day to day tasks, whilst ensuring that people are clear on our future plans and can engage with them.
